This page gives you a clear overview of the main types of items at Rock & Pop Thrift Shop, how the informal catalog works, and what to expect before you reach out.
There are two big groups here: mixed used items and musical stuff. The exact pieces change all the time, so think of this page as a roadmap, not a fixed catalog.
Everyday Stuff With A Rock Edge
Mixed used items cover all the non-musical pieces that still carry some vibe: band merch, decor, accessories, small gadgets, lifestyle bits and one-off finds.
Most of these are in gently used shape with normal signs of wear. Prices are usually on the low side, meant to move fast rather than sit on a shelf.
Photos for many of these can be found on the Gallery page. If you spot something you like, just screenshot it and mention it when you contact me.
Instruments, Amps & More
Musical stuff includes instruments, amps, pedals, CDs, vinyl, music books and other sound-related gear with a rock and pop lean.
I do basic testing so you know if something powers on and makes sound. Any quirks or issues are mentioned in the notes when you ask, and prices reflect condition.
Most photos live in the Gallery. Feel free to ask for extra close-ups or short test clips when you message me.
How Items Are Checked
This is a personal thrift setup, not a formal shop, but I still care a lot about quality.
Every item gets a basic function test (where possible) and a quick visual check. Obvious wear or issues are mentioned when you ask about a specific piece, and photos try to show any major marks.
Everything here is sold as-is, but the goal is always to keep things honest, playable and ready to use.
| Condition Tag | What It Usually Means Here |
|---|---|
| Like New | Used briefly or barely at all. Very light or no visible marks. Works exactly as expected. |
| Gently Used | Normal wear from regular use (small scuffs, minor fading) but overall clean and fully functional. |
| Well-Loved | Heavier cosmetic wear, maybe a few quirks, but still usable. Priced clearly on the low side. |
| Project / Parts | Something is missing or not working right. Best for tinkerers, DIY fixes or spare parts. |
Low, Fair & Flexible
Prices are set to be low and fair from the start. I look at condition, what I originally paid, and what similar used pieces usually go for.
No inflated “retail” tags here — the idea is to give good value and keep gear and cool items moving to new homes.
You can politely ask for a deal, especially if:
- you’re buying a few items together (bundle deal), or
- you’re okay with taking slightly more worn pieces.
When you message me, say what you want, your suggested offer and if you’re bundling.
When you reach out, you can always ask if the price is flexible — just keep it friendly and realistic. I’ll be upfront if something is already rock-bottom or if there’s a bit of room.
For bundles, send a quick list or screenshot of what you want and I can suggest a package price. We’ll confirm everything before meeting up.
